Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating accounts. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing false or misleading financial information
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts
• Using the platform for illegal activities or money laundering
• Uploading malicious software or attempting to disrupt service operations
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards without prior notice.

Data Privacy and Financial Information

Users retain ownership of their personal financial data but grant meliontravaex a limited license to process this information for service provision. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.

Service Availability and Modifications

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, meliontravaex doesn't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Planned Maintenance Windows

Limitation of Liability

meliontravaex provides budgeting tools and financial education but doesn't offer professional financial advice. Users make financial decisions at their own discretion and risk.

Our liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Payment Terms and Refunds

Premium features require subscription payments processed through secure third-party providers. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase, and billing occurs according to your chosen subscription period.

Refund Policy

• Full refunds within 14 days of initial purchase
• Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days
• No refunds for partial months of completed service
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. Account access resumes upon successful payment processing.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the user agreement at any time. Users can delete accounts through platform settings, and we'll permanently remove personal data within 30 days of termination.

We may terminate accounts immediately for terms violations, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity exceeding 24 months. Terminated users forfeit access to all account data and paid services.

Data Retention After Termination

Following account deletion, we retain anonymised usage statistics for service improvement purposes. No personally identifiable information is preserved beyond legal retention requirements.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts. Any disputes will first be addressed through our internal complaint resolution process.

For unresolved disputes exceeding £500, we encourage mediation through approved alternative dispute resolution services before pursuing litigation. Small claims disputes may be handled through appropriate UK consumer protection agencies.
